Form (Beginner Friendly)

A slower-paced, technique-focused class – ideal if you’re new or returning and looking to refine the basics.

Flow (Mixed Abilities)

Flow is a mixed-level Reformer Pilates class designed to help you move with strength, control, and confidence.

 

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this full-body workout focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, enhancing posture, and developing greater body awareness.

Focus (Experienced)

Refine and elevate your practice with Focus, an advanced class designed to deepen strength, control, and precision. Expect more challenging exercises, slower and more intentional sequences, and an emphasis on technique and control that pushes you further.

 

Best suited to experienced clients who are confident on the reformer and ready for a more demanding, detail-driven workout.

1:1/2:1s Option

Enjoy a private Reformer Pilates session designed around your needs, whether you're new to Pilates or looking to progress your practice. Please get in touch via email to discuss availability and arrange a session at a time that suits you.
